The AOE BAM Fund

We operate as an Open VC fund. We air all the meetings on livestream/Google meet, and anyone in the world can join. We begin together from ground zero with one fund, with an ambitious goal to copy ourselves into more funds. We do this by inviting everyone to join, learn, grow with us, contribute, help, support, promote, invite, & collaborate to grow more. We then raise a fund together however we can all do so as a group. We aim to have more hands in the fire and on deck and many people collectively helping the process, raising capital & finance, & allocating capital.

Anyone can join, from anywhere, any background, and any level of understanding of the industry. While your own capacity can be at any level to ability to contribute, socially, mentally, financially, or technically, you are welcome, and rewards will be based on result not only from your contribution, but based on the rewards of the group as well from your relative efforts. This might be your chance to "get into VC", and the world needs 120 million people to do it, and do it NOW.

We invest in mission-oriented founders building high-impact startups across energy, all things physics, molecular fields, media, marketing, fintech, investments, large industry, light industry, light manufacturing, technology, transportation, space, on the value investing thesis. Our strategy focuses on de-risking early-stage investing, utilizing best-in-class VC strategies to deliver top-decile performance and maximize impact. We prioritize ventures with potential for fast to profit, large demand, scalability, reliable profit margins and growth, maximum impact in high quality values, aiming for a more secure outperformance for investors while ensuring maximum positive change.

OUR STRATEGY FOR CHANGE

Construction

Collectively we build the fund. The most important part of this will be inviting many people and increasing the member base. Investors like to fund communities with many people who have hands and skin in the game, with many people overseeing the operations of the fund, not merely yet another centralized, unavailable, status quo method only establishment-ONLY disaster.
Raising

We build a team of 30 committed people (ideally but not necessary) and then raise collectively, together. Raise how? It doesn't really matter. Loans, crowdfunding, LPs & Family offices, every option should be on the table to get the job done. How will these things be split up? "To each that haveth, giveth" having 30 people will provide many ideas & a lot of strength & security for investors. No, there is no requirement to put in money, but to those who fund of course they will get more of the rewards, currently there is no other mechanism the government has made for this, but we can also try to change this & we already have some ideas for it, but need the help of numbers to get this done and to make this happen. We can't do all of that all alone without a significant backing investor, but with many people in a community contributing, we can certainly make a few funds.
Allocation

We allocate the capital accordingly, as we have it and can raise it. How we will allocate it is according to our world leading top decile beating thesis of basic sense to serve humanity. We will operate with the minimum levels of professional conduct which is open full financial transparency and accountability, full open details on all deals, investors, and funding & raising details, open LP agreements, open mandates, every dollar publicly accounted for, and all the other things typical VC refuse to open up to the public, thus they are eliminating any opportunity for REAL LEADership to educate humanity how any of this actually works & keeping out of reach for all. Our method opens up the playing field for all to participate instead of it being an exclusion "Top 1% ONLY!" game of BS
Build and Show it off

Once we allocate some capital, we will show off what we build with it, using this to raise more capital. The more we build and show the easier it gets to raise. "The 2nd million is 10x easier to make than the first one". We are not starting with any investors, we are the other 99%. We can try to raise on our own, or we can involve many people. Raising on your own is hell and a near total impossibility. 70% of new VC funds fail to raise. It shouldn't be so difficult to raise for startups or for new funds, but it is and this is why we need to make an open people's fund like this in the first place, in an open community development project. Raising for a fund like this is also better than raising for a valuable startup, which is also completely a broken human mental paradigm. This can be done with a tiny raise, even with just $50,000 on a ten year loan from only one guy for $647 a month at 9.5% interest rate. The $647 can be taken out of the loan for 18 months leaving $38,354 to fund the first $35,000 allocation. One American can easily do this, ITS FREE. If it's split among 30 people that $647 is only $21.60 a month. This is nothing. It's merely One coffee per week for all the members. That's it. With this ONE GUY sponsoring this, we can change humanity forever.

For any VC, government official, "NGO" or it's workers, "DEVORG", self proclaimed "thought LEADer" or "VC" to not be doing this, is insane beyond any human capacity to imagine such incompetence. Cambodia has more than 375 "startup programs" who all decidedly grift off "startup" & all REFUSE to do even THIS let alone anything else they should be willing to do just to be genuine AT ALL.

With the $35,000 allocation we can build enough with it to show and then raise hundreds of thousands more in investment capital to follow on, and immediately pay off the loan.
All the establishment does instead though, is lie and make excuses, make all the Billions disappear in smoke & refuse to even open up the financials, as Billions of lives suffer as decided result, all over the world, on purpose. This is wholly unacceptable and why we have been forced to make this fund against their oppression, because VC are no different and don't care about humanity AT ALL.
Raise phase 2

We will use what we build in the allocation to show this off, how it's been done, to get more capital together as a team. Raising this next step will be significantly easier than raising for the first one. We may or might not have to find someone to do a loan for us, or we do a group loan or some other method, maybe a grant, we don't know yet. We need to figure it out as a group together for the first fund. Once it's started and the foundation is set, it will get easier and easier for everyone doing this in the AOE BAM Fund fund groups and also for anyone else doing this all over the world copying our model which we welcome because this problem for humanity is now way bigger than we could ever solve, due the wild incompetence and deliberate evil greed of the establishment.
Raise phase 3

We will raise and show, raise and show. The amount DOESNT MATTER. What matters is doing another piece, any size, that is a valuable effective milestone of progress so we can show effective progress along a roadmap. If this is committed to and is done by the member team, we will be supported for magnitudes more. If not, then it will be harder and take more time for this to come to fruition. The plan is solid and should be supported wholly without question. Time delay is the only issue, it will never be an issue of failure or not. This is not an issue of "can the house be built or not" anyone can build a house, this has been proven Billions of times worldwide. The only issue is how long it takes for the community to get enough people and resources together to build it.
Transition to scaling administration

Once we have allocated enough capital for an entire fund, approximately 8-10 startups/divisions, successfully where they are all built to in-profit-liftoff, sustainably running, we then transition this fund to "raising any needed scaling capital and loans, helping and assisting the startups/divisions."
Copy, Foster & Facilitate the 2nd fund

At this point, the group will copy this fund, using the first one as the model to show to then raise capital for the second fund. We will follow the same ethos, model, priorities, and methods of the first, making this much easier, and where not only our fund will be supported for this, but all funds just like this worldwide will be supported. We will also push for new models including government participation in lobbying to finance funds like this all across the world, which is the bare minimum of what should have been done for hundreds of years already & decidedly has been stolen from all of us by the rulers of this elite establishment who insists on lack & scarcity & centralized power & refuses to use the power of the financial levers of the FED & financial industry for the people at all.

Totalitarian centralism, vs, AOE. We need REAL RELATIONSHIP, not more robots. We deserved decentralization & empowerment, not robotized ID2020 & BigTech RICO Cartel monopolism.
Inclusion for all

All members of team humanity are welcome to join. You do need to be productive, and in time some type of effective organization will no doubt ensue to maximize efficiency, but when the need is 6 Million more VC funds, where 99.9997% of 50 Million founders don't get funded, MILLIONS more people need to be involved and the corrupt establishment doesn't want this. YWAM is famous for their 9 month Discipleship training for committed Christian young adults ages 18-33 generally 25-33 who have the existing heart and soul for Jesus, which not only means they have incredibly high ethics already, but then get an additional 9 months of soul filled training & development and then mission work teaching others, helping them grow in their values and character by this famous organization who does an incredible job at it across the world, for generations already. This is INCREDIBLE. Many of them go on to form businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to find founders of impeccable values & character who will do the right thing when no one but God is watching, eliminating THE RISK of startups & business financing & making Venture Capital much more effective & reliable, dependable, secure, & wholesome for society. The YWAM BAM Fund

The AOE BAM Fund began with the idea of making a VC fund for Cambodia because still to this day there isn't even one for startups in the entire history of the country, despite 80 years of the UN/UNDP/UNIDO, & 42 Billion in missing funds in just the last 30 years of AID money in Cambodia "for Development" (Of Front orgs) & not even ONE Startup deal funded nor fund made by them despite 2.2 Billion a year in missing AID money & more than 100 Million in "Startup industry money" embezzled entirely yet NOT ONE FUND. It's insane Crime & Corruption & incompetence on a whole new level that no one could have ever imagined possible. We eventually decided to fund Christian founders to eliminate the values/scam problems that plague the startup industry with almost 99% of coding startups involving fraud/waste & no funded Christian founders to be seen anywhere and not one genuine Christian startup VC in the entire world. We then decided to involve YWAM, Youth With A Mission, with the need to copy ourselves to foster world change with "apprentices" and "go 3-4 deep". Partnering with YWAM could be huge for humanity. They have 18,000 staff across 180 countries and if we can build this the right way, they might just adopt it. Wow. We met with them to discuss it, they like it, but it's just the beginning and we need to build it, they aren't going to fund it, or "trust us", in fact they might even slam the door shut on us like so many others often do in life, so we are sticking with the name The AOE BAM Fund, with the hope that in the future we can build this so well that YWAM will be convinced to partner with us for this, or they will copy it and build their own. Either way, it would be a massive win for humanity. Let's do it. We can't guarantee what the future will hold in this direction, but the pursuit in that direction is not only worthy but can yield incredible results. Will we have our own separate YWAM fund funding YWAM founders? Will we run a fund for them with their money? We can't know for sure, but let's build in this well intended direction and make great things happen. You can't control what other people do or block, but we can build something great together regardless.
